BuckSimple is operated by Breakpoint Industries Inc in Montana, United States.

The tools

BuckSimple provides small utilities for files and phone-captured information. You remain responsible for your files, accounts, permissions, and whether a result is suitable for business, tax, legal, or archival use.

Prices and subscriptions

Prices and any free allowance are shown before checkout. Receipt to Dropbox currently offers five successful uploads free, followed by $1 USD per month until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge was duplicated or made in error, email rob@breakpointind.com within 14 days and we will review it promptly.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material, violate another person’s rights, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits.

Availability

Some tools rely on browser features, Dropbox, Stripe, internet access, and hosting providers. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability and may pause a tool for maintenance or security.
