Simple terms

BuckSimple is operated by Breakpoint Industries Inc in Montana, United States.

The tools

BuckSimple provides small utilities for files and phone-captured information. You remain responsible for your files, accounts, permissions, and whether a result is suitable for business, tax, legal, or archival use.

Prices and subscriptions

Each of the seven Dropbox-connected apps has its own small save trial shown inside the app. After that allowance, each app costs $1 USD per month until canceled and has the monthly count and data limits shown before checkout. Tools marked BETA—including the selected on-device and Apple Files tools—are free only while testing and do not charge during beta. BuckSimple plans to offer each graduated tool for $1 USD per month after a trial.

App ideas

Ideas are voluntary and do not promise that BuckSimple will build or respond to a suggestion. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or sensitive information.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge was duplicated or made in error, email robh@bucksimple.com within 14 days and we will review it promptly.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material, violate another person’s rights, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits.

Availability

Some tools rely on browser features, Dropbox, Stripe, internet access, and hosting providers. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability and may pause a tool for maintenance or security.

Aggregate traffic measurement

BuckSimple may count page views, directory app clicks, tool attempts and successful runs, trial-limit prompts, checkout starts, and paid Stripe invoices using daily aggregate totals and coarse source categories such as direct, Google, Bing, Facebook, AI assistant, or other. These totals do not identify individual visitors and may omit blocked events or include automated browser activity, so they are operational estimates rather than audited measurements.
